Nelson Branch are delighted that their June speaker is visiting Fullbright Scholar Professor Lise Howard.

To call Professor Lise Howard accomplished would be to vastly understate her skills and reputation.

This address will be thought provoking  and illuminating.

She has a PhD (Political Science ) from Berkley  B.A. (Soviet Studies) from Barnard Columbia.
