Notice of NZIIA Wellington Branch Annual General Meeting 2025
The NZIIA Wellington Branch invites individual, family and student members to the 2025 Wellington Branch AGM preceding our Africa Presentation and Reception.
Attendees: Registrations for NZIIA Wellington members only, namely individual, family and student members. Names will be checked against the NZIIA Wellington membership list at the door.
Documents for Annual General Meeting: Documents for the AGM, notices of motion and changes to the Branch Constitution will be sent to Wellington Branch members by 20 May 2025.
Apologies: Apologies can be sent to Greg Hurrell, Wellington Branch Secretary via email at nziia.wgtn.membership@gmail.com.
Note: NZIIA Corporate, Institutional or members of other NZIIA branch members are not members of NZIIA Wellington and therefore cannot attend the AGM but can attend the Africa event at 5:30pm. Non members cannot attend.
Conditions of registration: If you wish to attend the Africa Event at 5:30pm you must register separately.
