In this talk, Professor Rabel will discuss some of the wider international consequences that have flowed from the Russian invasion of Ukraine. In reflecting on the conflict's implications for world order in our times, he will draw in part on his experience in neighbouring Poland as a visiting professor at the University of Warsaw in both 2022 and 2023.
