Change to the Constitution

Additionally, NZIIA members voted in favour of a proposal from the Board to change the NZIIA Constitution. This will allow the NZIIA national Board to co-opt one additional member to fill any skills and experience gaps. This co-opted Board member would be appointed up to the next Board elections and would have all of the rights of the elected Board members, except for the right to vote.
